A hands on session generally takes 55 mins.
It is often 40 mins on the table, with time together before and after that.
The client is fully clothed.
Places of contact are often the feet, head, and sacrum; but I will work where the body needs, and only where you are comfortable.
Cost is $140.
A personal practice session is normally 1.5 hours, and is also $140.
You can then go and start practicing by yourself and we can reschedule more sessions as required to check in, ask questions, and adjust your practice as necessary.
Due to the gentle nature of craniosacral work, it is ideal for anyone - from newborn babies, and mothers - people experiencing physical issues and injuries - nervous system/emotional issues like anxiety - all the way to people experiencing their end of life care. ( I can also come to the home or hospice when people are unable to travel )
It is truly a privilege to be present with someone in this way - and I hold a deep respect and love for every single body that allows me to be in this space with them
